City Sign Kaczan

The ex-Hearts and Partick Thistle centre back has joined Elgin after impressing in pre-season friendlies for the club.

The 21 year old will be available to play on Saturday in the Bell's Cup against Alloa Athletic .

Kaczan signed after scoring twice in Elgin's 3-1 victory over Shott's Bon Accord.
