Queen's Park winger David Murray is doubtful with a hamstring injury picked up in training, but Craig Smith is fit again and could replace him.Steven Baillie, Jamie Brough, Michael O'Hara and Paul Harkins continue to be absent through injury.
Elgin add 15-year-old goalkeeper Stuart Black to the squad as Peter Donnelly is struggling with a shoulder injury.
Paul Miller and Steven Edwards are missing, Mark Nicolson and David Niven doubtful, but Brian Cameron fit again.
Queen's Park head coach Gardner Speirs: "We have to go out and get wins in our remaining games and hope that something else happens in our favour elsewhere.
"This will be a really tough encounter as Elgin always enjoy playing at our place and they have some good players in their squad."
Elgin City manager Ross Jack: "Neither side can afford to lose this game.
"And, whilst we are low on numbers, we went there in similar circumstances a year ago and won."
