Anderson, who made his first team debut last season against Queen's Park, has been released by the club before being snapped up by Highland League side Inverurie Locos.

This is the second teenage signing for the Locos after also capturing 17 year old 'keeper Stuart Gray, and the second Elgin player to go to the club this summer after Neil McLean had previously agreed terms with the club.

Manager John Gardiner said "I'll assess Ross in our pre-season friendlies.  I'll see then if he's ready for the first team pool of whether to keep him in the youth set up.  Whichever way, he's certainly one for the future."
